About Bramley Editions
Who we are
We’re a chef-led, small-batch producer of speciality food and drink, handmade in East London. Our editions explore different culinary ideas and seasonality, spotlighting ingredients and producers we love. We make delicious things well.
Approach to ingredients
We care about ingredient quality, provenance and integrity. We work with the seasons, using produce when it’s at its best. We choose the best ingredients we can find, sourced for taste. We source directly from growers and independent producers as far as possible. We do not use any preservatives or questionable ingredients.
Packaging + sustainability
Our packaging is kerbside recyclable and we avoid plastic as far as possible. We also partner with Ecologi to plant a tree for every order over £40.
Our glass bottles and jars are made from 60% recycled content. Our boxes and packing materials are FSC® certified, made with fibres from responsibly managed forests and contain 60-100% recycled content. Our labels are made with FSC® certified elemental chlorine free pulp.
Gifting
Our editions make lovely gifts. You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten note with your order. For gifts to multiple recipients or corporate gifting, please email us at hello@bramleyeditions.com

Our shrubs make a lovely addition to drinks menus, served as a seasonal non-alcoholic option or as part of a cocktail. Our compotes and selected other food options are available in larger food service sizes.
Orders + Deliveries
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the UK only, but hope to ship to our international friends in future. If you can’t wait, please email us at hello@bramleyeditions.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery cost
Orders over £40 are delivered free of charge, and we'll also plant a tree through Ecologi. For orders under £40, we charge a flat delivery fee of £5.95 to cover some of the costs of packaging, shipping and handling your order with care.
Delivery times + tracking
We do our best to deliver all orders within 3-4 business days. Orders are sent via DPD and we’ll send you tracking information once it has shipped.

Returns + refunds
We hope you love everything from Bramley Editions. Due to the nature of our food and drink products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a product arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us either by email at hello@bramleyeditions.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we’ll replace or refund it.
