Classic summer peach with delicate floral notes. A seasonal compote made by gently poaching Spanish yellow peaches with orange blossom and single-apiary British wildflower honey. Great with Greek yoghurt, ice cream, whipped cream or paired with soft cheeses such as stracciatella or burrata in summer salads.
Our peaches are selected by East London greengrocer Bora & Son. Our honey comes from bees that forage among woodland and wildflower meadows around Harrow.

Shape kataifi pastry into round nests, brush generously with melted butter and bake until crisp and golden. Top with Greek yoghurt whipped with mascarpone and a little honey, peach compote and toasted pistachio slivers.

Top stracciatella with peach compote, slivers of salted Marcona almonds, a pinch of red chilli flakes and torn mint leaves. Finish with a generous drizzle of really good extra virgin olive oil and serve with fresh sourdough.
Three decades of beekeeping - from Lebanon to Harrow
The honey in our peach compote is from Abdul Hariri of Farmer Direct, a Harrow-based beekeeper and familiar face at Broadway and Archway markets. Abdul learnt the craft in Lebanon in 1989 and has kept bees in the UK in 2016, with his two sons helping care for hives in Harrow and Epping Forest.
The bees forage among woodland and wildflower meadows, producing a fragrant honey with a rich, layered floral character. Using traditional methods, Abdul extracts it without heat. Beekeeping has become part of who he is, and he tends to his bees with remarkable care, treating them like family.
